The package arrived open. luckily the merchandise was intact. also, the delivery date was changed three times.

We’re very sorry your package arrived open and that the delivery date changed several times. We’re relieved the merchandise was intact. Our reusable mailers can occasionally open along the perforated strip during transit, but this is rare and not the experience we want for our customers. We would, of course, replace anything lost or damaged. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
